My 84 year old relative went to Dr. Murphy to have an eye apt. & waited for hours. When she explained to him how long she'd been there, he smartly told her he'd been at the clinic longer than she had that day. I am displeased at the…

I have seen two different doctors at the clinic and they were great. Very polite and friendly, but the receptionist and optical staff are extremely rude. Never in my two yrs of going there have I ever received a smile or "have a nice day"…
